-Thời gian nhận phòng là 14:00 ngày nhận phòng và giờ trả phòng là 12:00 giờ vào ngày trả phòng
-Yêu cầu về nhận phòng sớm hay trả phòng trễ phải được báo trước và tùy thuộc vào khả năng cung cấp của khách sạn tại thời điểm yêu cầu.
* Mức phụ thu phí nhận phòng sớm hoặc trả phòng trễ như sau:
- Nhận phòng sớm trước 06h00 sáng hoặc trả phòng muộn sau 18h00 tối: phụ thu một đêm
tiền phòng.
- Nhận phòng sớm từ 06h00 sáng đến trước 09h00 sáng hoặc trả phòng muộn từ 15h00 chiều
đến trước 18h00: phụ thu 50% giá phòng một đêm.
- Nhận phòng sớm từ 09h00 sáng đến trước 14h00 chiều hoặc trả phòng muộn từ sau 12h00
trưa đến trước 15h00 chiều: phụ thu 30% giá phòng một đêm.
